Shipping
Free shipping on most orders within the US - most shipments arrive within a week from purchase date.
International orders will be charged a shipping hold of $20 - actual shipping fees will be determined and billed once order is packaged and ready to be shipped.
Battery Return Policy
Please contact us at order@boostmybattery.com to request a return.
0-7 days after product has been received: customer can request a replacement (for faulty battery) at no charge. or may return an unused battery in it’s original condition & packaging + the cost of shipping.
7-30 days after product has been received: if battery is faulty customer can return battery to us for inspection free of charge. we will then determine if the battery is faulty and should be replaced, or we can provide a 50% off coupon code on a future battery purchase.
30 days or more: we can offer a free shipping coupon on a future battery purchase.
Refunds will be issued upon receiving the returned product in original packaging.
